NSW Primary Schools

St Joseph’s is a Catholic Primary School located in Boorowa, approximately 1.5 hours from Canberra. Formal education was established in Boorowa when a school house was built in 1858, where “a more exact knowledge of the Faith and the learning that excels riches” could be imparted to children.

A small community school servicing the town and surrounding region, St Joseph’s provides an educational experience that develops the academic, creative, social, and spiritual dimensions of each student.

St Joseph’s takes great delight in seeing students continue their education through secondary school, in many cases tertiary institutions or into their chosen vocation.
