Judging criteria 

• Demonstrated commitment to developing a culture of excellence in religious education through: 
  • Leading innovation in the delivery of mission and ministry strategies that fosters school wide prioritising of the formation of staff and students.   
  • Fostering a strong alignment between the religion curriculum and mission and ministry through the delivery of high-quality mission and ministry practices. 
  • Leading innovation in prayer and liturgy in collaboration with the school leadership team. 
• Is actively engaged in building staff and student capacity for encounter, discipleship and mission that reflects Archdiocesan priorities. 
• Clearly articulated high expectation of students and student engagements in mission and ministry. 
• Demonstrated personal commitment to the practice of the Catholic faith.
