Social Justice Award

Judging criteria 

  • Demonstrated commitment to developing a culture of excellence in religious education through: 
    • Leading innovation in the delivery of social justice and outreach programs and strategies that fosters school wide participation in the Catholic church’s call to social action. 
    • Fostering a strong alignment between the religion curriculum, mission and ministry and social justice through the delivery of high quality practices and opportunities that allow staff and students to live out the Church’s call for justice and social action. 
    • Actively engaging in building staff and student capacity for social justice that clearly that reflects Archdiocesan priorities. 
  • Clearly articulated high expectation of students and student engagements in Catholic social justice. 
  • Demonstrated personal commitment to the practice of the Catholic faith.
