St Gregory’s Primary School proudly maintains its rich history of educating in the Catholic Faith – a tradition which began in the Queanbeyan region in the 1850s shortly after the completion of St Gregory’s Church. In 1987 several Catholic school sites were amalgamated under the auspices of St Gregory’s Parish and the Catholic Education Office. The school is now located on two sites at Lowe Street & McQuoid Street.

At St Gregory’s, a Catholic education is based upon the teachings of Jesus. The school strives for all students to develop their own spirituality, relationships and the potential to really become the best they can be.
