The students at Trinity Murrumburrah are enjoying their newly refurbished state of the art classrooms and flexible learning environment. The teachers of Trinity have seized the opportunity to lead and embed Inquiry learning in a collaborative flexible learning environment. This model has resulted in students who are engaged and extremely motivated with their learning in classrooms which are innovative and well-resourced. Each learning space has brand new furnishings and technology and is supported with additional break out spaces. On most days there are 4-5 teachers in each learning space until 1pm each day, which ensures the extra support is provided in the critical Key Learning Areas of Literacy and Numeracy. The teachers are extremely grateful to the Australian Government for the BGA Grant which was obtained in 2015 for $391,747 which has enabled this project to occur, supported by additional funds from Catholic Education. Not only is this very exciting for Trinity and the school community but also for the town of Murrumburrah-Harden and the parish of St Anthony’s Harden.
We have vacancies in all year levels and we are currently taking enrolments for 2018. For further information please email Trinity at office.murx@cg.catholic.edu.au or visit the school website at http://www.trinitym.nsw.edu.au
