Children with additional needs
OSHC centres welcome children of all needs and abilities, and they will work with you to identify and provide any necessary adjustments to enable your child to participate equally with the rest of the group.
Our Early Learning Services team will also provide support.
School-run OSHC services
Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CACGEL) runs the OSHC services for three schools – St Anthony’s Parish Primary School in Wanniassa, St Clare of Assisi Primary School in Condor and St Francis of Assisi Primary School in Calwell – these OSHC services are managed directly by the Early Learning Services team.
Our school-run OSHC services all have a diploma-qualified director and assistant director supervising every session. They lead a team of educators who focus on each student’s wellbeing and enjoyment.
External OSHC services
Many of our schools partner with specialist school age and holiday care services to provide OSHC. We carefully choose service providers that embrace our values.
Each OSHC provider has a diploma qualified supervisor for all its programs; together, they lead a team of educators who focus on each student’s wellbeing and enjoyment.
