St John Paul II College Foundation Year Graduates 2018

St John Paul II College’s foundation year students, who first enrolled in 2013, have officially graduated Year 12 with a Graduation Mass and Awards Ceremony on Monday, 10 December 2018.

Principal Catherine Rey proudly stood in front of special guests, friends and families of the 66 graduating students and acknowledged their faith in the College as the school’s first cohort of Year 7 students.

“It is a proud moment as Principal to celebrate our first ever graduating Year 12s. Their families put their faith in the College all those years ago and together with their children created the wonderful school community that we all enjoy today. Our Year 12s have grown with the College and while we will miss them, we are excited for their futures.”

A glamorous Year 12 Formal was celebrated on Wednesday night at the National Arboretum with their partners, parents and teaching community.

The Voice finalist and St Clare’s College Year 12 graduate, Lucy Sugerman, treated special guests to a musical performance.

St John Paul II College has grown to be a flourishing school community and true flagship of 21st Century education that combines modern technology with innovation and adaptability that nurtures individual learning styles.

The Foundation students have set the benchmark for St John Paul II College as a Catholic learning community of excellence and resilience.
